This was a really helpful course with a very enthusiastic presenter. There were some simple ideas that will be easy to put into practice but also more complex theories that underpin the ideas and explain why they help. It was useful. 

So many useful ideas and some great quotes to stay inspired. It's good to be reminded that there is only so much we can do about the things we don't control, the influence of biology, as well as the world/people around us. Therefore instead of spending energy in trying to change things I can't, I will be kinder to myself and concentrate on just being happy (and not feeling guilty for it!), remember it's ok to be me, whilst staying mindful and supportive of others who struggle more with their emotions. Thank you, thoroughly enjoyed the sessions!
