Organisational wellbeing and people development

Workplace development designed around your people and pressures

Choose a focused session, applied workshop, learning series or longer programme. PPFL helps leaders, teams and staff build practical skills they can use in real conversations, decisions and high-pressure moments.

In person or virtual. Content is adapted to sector, seniority, organisational language and existing support.

Working parents and carers

Support employees managing the combined demands of work and caregiving. Sessions can explore guilt and perfectionism, emotional regulation at home, boundaries, recovery and parent-child connection without presenting an idealised version of family life.

Schools, Universities and Other Educational Settings

PPFL develops staff and student-facing learning for education settings, including staff wellbeing, emotionally responsive classrooms, resilience and regulation, belonging, difficult conversations and recognising concerns within safeguarding and institutional policy.

How success is agreed

Success measures should match the reach of the intervention. PPFL can evaluate participant relevance and experience, changes in knowledge or confidence, intended application and follow-up examples of behaviour used. Existing organisational indicators can be considered when data quality and attribution limits are clear.

Frequently asked questions

Can you tailor the content to our sector?

Yes. Discovery covers your audience, language, scenarios, policies and existing support. The content is then adapted to the context rather than delivered from a generic template.

Can you deliver virtually and in person?

Yes. The proposed format will explain which elements work virtually, in person or as a blended pathway. Travel and delivery arrangements are agreed during scoping.

Will one session change behaviour?

A focused session can build awareness, shared language or one practical skill. Sustained behaviour or culture change usually requires practice, reinforcement and support from the organisation.

Do you provide clinical mental health services?

No. PPFL provides non-clinical education, facilitation and mentoring. We complement internal HR, occupational health, EAP, safeguarding and clinical services.

How is the fee agreed?

After discovery, you receive a written recommendation setting out the audience, objectives, format, preparation, delivery, follow-up and fee.

Unsure which format fits

Bring us the challenge, audience and desired change. PPFL will recommend the smallest level of support that can credibly meet the goal.
